FMD: The study's primary endpoint
Flow-mediated dilation (FMD) measures the ability of blood vessels to expand in response to increased blood flow — a key indicator of endothelial health and vascular function.
NOVOS Core significantly improved FMD both acutely (within 1 hour) and after 6 months of daily use, while the placebo group showed no meaningful change.
